Despite the overnight rain, summer conditions once again greeted today's field.  Fayyaz (Fizz) Ahmed led the way with an excellent 43 points to earn £63 credit and Jonny Laskier came second with an excellent gross 74 (41 points) to earn £35 credit - both proving that if they play well, lower handicappers are equally likely to take the honours. Adam Herman (£24) came 3rd just a point behind. Divisional prizes of £10 go to Anthony Harris, Stephen Jones and Wayne Lawrence. 2s each earn £21. 

It was special to welcome members of the Disabled Golfer's Society into today's competition. Thanks to those from WGC who played with our guests - the feedback from both sides has been very positive. £180 was collected for the charity in the pro shop with a further £100 from the competition takings. Thanks to everyone who  donated.
